Happy April 1st
Today, while going thru some items I had purchased, I was shining a bottle and out popped a genie. The genie was so relieved at being released that I was granted three wishes. Here are the three wishes that I made: 1. Peace for everyone in the world - no more fighting and wars. 2. The end to the recession and for everyone in the world to have great paying jobs, plenty of food, a safe and warm place to live, and for Japan to return to their pre-tsunami lifestyle. 3. Happiness to everyone who reads this post. Although the first two wishes are beyond my control, the last is possible. Take a deep breath, put a smile on your face, and proceed thru the rest of the day with optimism. Happy April 1st.

You will, however, build less on every item. This technique of undercutting should be practiced with caution. There are sure things where this can be useful, however different where the vendor should take care by searching cheapest price auction items.
